Our Inspiration
Dwyer Consulting Company (DCC) began in 2020. In the wake of COVID’s profound impact on the travel and hospitality industry, critical knowledge gaps emerged within hotel teams. That’s where we come in. We recognized there were proven best practices and powerful tools that many hotels and businesses could leverage to elevate their people and performance. We weren’t about to keep them to ourselves!
At DCC, we exist to share this expertise, bridge those gaps, and help teams thrive with renewed confidence and capability.

Heather Dwyer brings over 15 years of dynamic leadership in the hospitality industry to her role and business. With a rich background spanning luxury hotels and resorts in bustling cities like Boston, Las Vegas, and Southern California, Heather has honed her expertise in coaching, training and consulting teams in areas of group sales, marketing, and customer experience.
A true pioneer in her field, Heather's passion lies in revolutionizing sales teams and empowering them to surpass their goals through innovation and efficiency. Her ability to forge authentic connections with clients and their teams has been the driving force behind her successful career in hospitality.
Over the past 15+ years, Heather has made her mark in luxury hotels, flagship food and beverage companies, and the nonprofit sector, leaving a lasting impression wherever she goes. Her extensive experience includes notable collaborations with prestigious hotels such as The Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Beach, CA; Turtle Bay Resort in Hawaii; The Irvine Company resorts, and many more. Her innate talent for negotiation, cultivated from a young age, has paved the way for her illustrious career in hospitality sales and ultimately inspired the creation of Dwyer Consulting.

Heather graduated with honors from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she laid the groundwork for her remarkable career.
